AstroTours previously operated regular public astronomy tours in southern Arizona. Those public tours have ended. No new public dates or restart plans are currently underway.

We can still consider private Arizona programs by inquiry. Tell us your preferred date, event location, and group size. Additional travel costs may apply, particularly for locations farther from Colorado. We will discuss availability and costs for your event individually.

Our southern Arizona experience
Our past public program brought guests together at the Millville Petroglyph and Discovery Trailhead in the region around Tombstone, Sierra Vista, and Bisbee. It offered people exploring southern Arizona and the wider Tucson region a chance to discover the desert night sky with an astronomer and telescopes.
Guests explored constellations, planets, nebulae, and galaxies. These evenings remain a valued part of AstroTours history and our experience bringing astronomy to different landscapes.
