Enter the park off 17th. At the first Roundabout take the first exit (turning right) goint towards the roundabout with the MLK memorial. In the MLK memorial roundabout take the 3rd exit (turning left) the tour takes place right there just south of the road.

Enter the park on 23rd and turn down into the park on the road in the park that's closest to York St. At the Roundabout take the 3rd exit and park before you reach the roundabout with the MLK memorial the tour takes place just south of the road.
